Details: A flat day down the coast. I met up with Phil and Sandy and we decided to dive Bells. We headed out toward the point and it was fairly shallow most of the way, with a lush weed covered platform of reef. About 100m out we reached a strange dead zone, possibly where the waves break over the reef. Further out Phil spotted a wobbegong, and Jan saw a draughtboard shark. We were on the verge of the terrain getting interesting as it started to drop off past 6m, but headed back in and enjoyed the shallows. A nice dive…Winki Pop’s next on the list…if i can brave the stair climb.

Camera Details: Tokina 10-17mm SS400/SS200 Strobes
