Details: Misty Reef, so named because of the bizaar visibility on the day, was a random site we sounded up out off Anglesea on the top of the crater. The terrain was very unusual, and we got a good mixture of sightings include a whooper squid and a pregnant Draughtboard shark. At the end of the dive we found a nice overhang, but a majority of the reef was a flat depression covered in beaded algae creating a strange atmosphere with the misty vis.
